Waging war...

Mackie and Fischer: Fighting the good fight

... is never an easy thing to do, especially when your enemy is invisible. That's right, Steds is at war with an invisible enemy... the stink. A stink has seemed to settle on  by the first floor main bathroom. It's not from untidy bathrooms. Rather, it's most likely a crack in a sewer pipe. After a search, no crack could be found. Of course. And while a crack could not be found, the stifling stink continues, but the Stedsmen are not backing down. To combat the stink, "urinal cakes" placed in the bathroom, but sadly, that did not help the situation. Next, a high tech solution was employed, an AirWick Scent Diffusor was deployed, and currently, the jury is out. On deploying the scent diffusor, Henry Mackie, Steds freshman, resident New Yorker, and first floor residents, shared, "One small step for bathroom cleanliness, one giant leap for Steds, " while his fellow first floor resident added, "As Vincent Van Gogh said, 'Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.'"
