... experience is loved by everyone but especially when it has to do with Notre Dame football. That is what Emily and Peter Raus '23 were treated to this past weekend when Notre Dame took on the Owls of Rice. Enjoying great weather, the Rauses also enjoyed, thanks to a friend who is the director of recruiting for football, pre-game field passes. Suffice it to say, it was amazing experience. On returning to campus, Steds, and now, the football field on game day, Raus shared, "Emily and I have watched Irish football in many austere locations—Chapel Hill, Los Angeles, Raleigh and Palo Alto—and despite all that, the old saying rings true, 'there’s no where quite like home!'"
