Gathering in the historic, yet commodious, Gregorian Lounge, the Gentlemen listened to Frank Soler '14, Stedsman, former Steds Hall President, and resident New Yorker, as he shared his career insights. Yes, this favorite son of New York, Stedsman, was a finance man of Wall Street, but now finds himself working for himself as he started his own real estate business with other Notre Dame and Steds classmates. Soler returned home to Steds to share his insights and career advice for all those interested in being a leader, like the Founder, Fr Sorin, exploring different career paths within the "major/minor ecosystem" of Notre Dame. On partaking in the pondering, Matthew Mazzoli, Steds freshman and resident South Carolinian, shared, "It was inspiring to see someone who once walked the same hallways as me go on to accomplish so much, but even more meaningful to see how humble and willing Soler was to come back and share his experiences and knowledge with us."
