A Gentlemen...

Mangan throwing a peace sign amid many smiles...

... serves. A gentleman may have his weekend diversions, taking him here and there, but he is more than just passing and fleeting frivolities. And that's what some Steds Gentlemen demonstrated this past Sunday. After the playful and enjoyable weekend diversions of paintball and a concert at the football stadium, Marcel Mangan, at the direction of the Hall President, Ryan Davey, organized a service trip to the South Bend Center for the Homeless. During the outing, the Gentlemen worked at Practical Resale where they helped sort and organize donations. On the outing, Mangan, Steds sophomore and resident Ohioan, shared, “It was great getting to volunteer at Practical Resale this weekend in support of the South Bend Center for the Homeless. Huge thanks to all of the Gentlemen who chose to volunteer instead of watching Sunday night football, clearly proving that kindness is more important than touchdowns!”
